We receive regular approaches from media companies interested in speaking with families supporting a relative in the criminal justice system. These opportunities can provide families with a platform to speak about their experiences, challenge stereotypes and raise awareness about the challenges of supporting someone in the criminal justice system. At POPS we know that many families will not want to share their stories. To reassure you we know what a difficult time this can be and completely understand and respect your choice. We also know how empowering it can be to speak out. We want to offer you every opportunity and where required support you to have your say. Supernanny Casting Call
TV company twofour (producers of programmes such as The Hotel Inspector (Five), The Fixer (BBC Two), Undercover Mums (TLC), Britain’s Biggest Hoarders (BBC One), Educating Yorkshire (Channel 4), The Magaluf Weekender (ITV2) and Happy Families (ITV1)) have recently contacted POPS regarding a new show for a major broadcaster featuring Jo Frost, of Supernanny fame.
The show is centred around a family retreat which will be run by Jo. The producers are looking for families to visit her. Families will receive one-to-one time with Jo who will help them work through the difficulties that they are facing as a family.
